Effective Thinking -randomn

EFFECTIVE THINKING
Meditate on your life
Know your terrain and you will excel
You can only rise or fall according to the quality of the company you keep.
Evaluate your friends /audit yourself
Every relationship either enables you to grow or wither.
Have a network of friends that inspire you and you inspire them.
SET GOALS – Always write down what you want.
“No matter how hard the economy is , ho dry the jungle is the lion will never eat grass.
DO NOT GO WHERE YOU ARE TOLERATED RATHER GO WHERE YOU ARE CELEBRATED.
Never settle for less however bad the situation looks. Always take the best
Important Ask yourself if you are thinking
Most times we are just recycling old thoughts which do not help.
Note that the effectiveness of your life is proportional to your thoughts.
Your mind should be ahead of your life at the moment so that you can realize some objectives.
If your mind is at par with your life then you are stagnant and not heading anywhere. If your mind is not constantly renewed you will not become a NEWSMAKER.
If you are not tired and angry of your current state then you will never get to where you want to be.
Be in an environment that challenges you.

Effective thinking is qualitative way of thinking it places premium on the quality of your thoughts. Have result oriented thoughts.
a) Sit and think purposeful the results should deliver set objectives.
Hope is never a strategy.
Do not just stop at appreciating things think further on how u can be able to achieve the same
Do not set boundaries to your imagination. Its better to dream and it not happen than not to and be told that it could have come to pass.

THINKING BLOCKS
Parental blocks
Teachers Block
Heroes block
Societal block
Peer block
Professional block
Do not limit yourself by what others have told you about certain stereotyped ways in society or upbringing. Come out and do the great that you believe you want to and are set out to do.
You do not stop what you are saying coz of your audience,.instead change the audience
You are not EVERYBODY you are yourself
Do not be content with what all your peers have set out to be different and better from the rest

Have a compelling reason to be awake everyday.
Step out from the rest have a niche of your own that marks you out from the rest
Do not let either of the blocks to limit you
Do not just be a convergent (correct) thinker this only makes a good student  and teaches of one or common way to achieve Be divergent – a good life student and have options for life scenarios. Challenge yourself.
Laser thinkers- focus only on certain things at the moment
Do not be confined in the various blocks while thinking, think out of the ordinary.
Get something unique or challenging to read makes you exercise your brain muscles and get more knowledge, Do not just focus on what you know, Be free and willing to learn new stuff.
Never say something is over – Finality is manifestation of limited mind. Always ask yourself what you can do with what you have.
Always ask the right questions  what next? How(methodology)? Why(creates motivation)?
Avoid bad company and choose your friends well. You do not help people by going to their level you get them to your level.
Avoid hanging out with negative people

peaceful elections thoughts

We have only 32 days to the major day that will determine the future of our beautiful nation. Every team is out there putting their best foot forward sharing their manifestos and ambition for our country.

Despite their various dreams for this nation it’s imminent that we note they have a dream for a beautiful country. They are also preaching the same message of peace as they traverse the country.

Kenya is a beautiful nation with lovely people of various diversities. As one of our leaders also once said it’s bigger and greater than any individual.
Keeping all this in mind and as we draw near the D-day my prayer and wish is that whatever the out come we will remember what unites as most.
No matter the result…..Being in your expectation or not lets remember to KEEP and MAINTAIN PEACE. A repeat of 2007 should not happen at whatever cost.

We as the young and future leaders of this country should not allow that to happen. We have fought so hard and come so far to have that kind of set back. Forgive me for being optimistic but then again this is a year of Jubilee and I believe it’s only the beginning of good things that are to happen.

Bottom line I wish so hard for peace to prevail at the end of the day that all I do is pray, think, sleep, walk, talk and dream big of peace.

Kenya is bigger than any of us. March 4th we will be on the spotlight. Lets prove we learnt from our lessons and are moving on to rebuilding a brighter future for generations to come.

Let peace be the guiding factor. No brother should rise against the other or friend against the other or neighbor against the other because of selfish reasons. We look out for each other.

Daima Mimi Mkenya…mwanainchi mzalendo…Kenya my country my home… We are Peace lets preach it and keep it.

Peaceful and open credible elections ahead.

Kenyans for Kenya

At times the little things people do make so much positive impact.
I am glad that the corporates saw the situation and the need and came up with a way to help. Sitting in board rooms will not help but instant actions may do something. The idea of Kenyans for Kenya is a brilliant one to held ease the situation in the drought stricken areas in Kenya.
Its not blame game time but action time and am glad they took the first step. Kenyans are an amazing people cos looking at the response from them too you cant help but appreciate the people of this country.
It is so sad that even our governments spokesman is yet to catch up with the happenings but we pray that he will come around and not insult the people of this beautiful country with the way he talks.
God bless the ones that have come out to help.

Hopefully, a brilliant idea in the form of solution for the situation is brewing. I have one that am working on albeit an idea but i hope soon we will have the support we need to have it rolling

Africas situation

Despite everything, i have to admit that i appreciate all that God has enabled me have in my humble life. The situation at the horn of Africa has made me more appreciative of many little things.
Yesterday, i was watching the news and could not help holding back tears.
Kenya is a truly blessed country and despite our shortcomings i figured its about time with all the knowledge most of our folks posses its way over time that we came up with solutions to certain issues. We should not be blaming each other now but look to see what we can do to help,.
Site of malnourished dieing children with their parents and all hope of recovering their soure of live lihood diminishing because of the continued drought is so sad.
Its in the same north eastern region that we are experience a huge number of refugees flocking into our country to get the much needed solace, peace and well being in their lives.in the process most loose their entire families together with their dignity. Something has to be done and its a huge responsibility as our country has to stand to aid its people and those coming in seeking refuge.
Left with nothing to live for but they still hope to get something better at the end. Am not such a good writer but this situation is so sad i just hope those capable to help and the relevant groups will be able to come and salvage the situation.
I just hope that all  this people will get the help they need
Apart from this, i believe its a call to get up and use other means to get the required surplus for our country. Its time we resorted to other ways of ensuring that even the dry lands are well used to be ablke to produce and sustain the communities within the regions.

Randomn

Never underestimate the power you have to bring about change or make a difference in whatever situation.
This past weekend has taught me that.
Not everyone is always happy with what you do and they will come up with all possible ways to break it off or cause disharmony. Just be careful how you handle search cases. It may break or make what you had. Fight for what you have worked so hard to build if it is worth it.
Great friends are one rare treasure to come by and especially those that can give u sound advice and support you.
Be careful how you choose your friends.
When the right time comes and you are supposed to move on, my advice, please do it peaceful and with forgiveness in your heart. It may be difficult but it will help u with the closure much faster rather than keep holding onto what cannot be mend cause this is a sure recipe for disaster and great heartbreak.
Causing havoc behind does not make you a better person instead it lowers a lot of what you should stand for that is sane.

Royal wedding Blogs

No Customized recitations for the vows but this prayer did it........

"God our Father, we thank you for our families; for the love that we share and for the joy of our marriage. In the busyness of each day keep our eyes fixed on what is real and important in life and help us to be generous with our time and love and energy. Strengthened by our union help us to serve and comfort those who suffer. We ask this in the Spirit of Jesus Christ. Amen."

And of course, each of those flowers in the bride's bouquet had a special meaning:
Lily-of-the-Valley represents the return of happiness,
Sweet William stands for gallantry,
Hyacinth is for the constancy of love,
Myrtle symbolizes marriage and love,
Ivy is for fidelity, marriage, wedded love, friendship, and affection
